2011 Circular E

Please note the front page of Pub. 15 (Circular E) on What's New.

I had to do two companies the last week in December to be handed out 1/1 and 1/3/2011. So, old 2010 program calculated payroll.

I'm hoping I'll be alright on the 941 for 1st quarter 2011. You'd think there would be a line to take into account the information found on that front page. Any ideas?? ---- and if I'm wrong we owe money to all of the employees, ouch! Thank you.

If you performed the payroll with PayWindow 2010 on or after 2011, it is calculated incorrectly and yes, will cause problems with being off in the 2011 reports and 2011 W2 Forms. It would be easier to redo those payrolls that attempting to make offsetting entries like they suggest. :-(
