In the Garden State we have some of the greatest trade unions. My problem is they are not payroll friendly. Is there a way to have vacation pay calculated base on hours worked, the deduction then shown after tax yet not also included in the regular earning when reg. hours ot hours are put in. The vacation is a function of total hours worked

Actually what you see is what you get. We do accrue and then "spend" vacation pay on hours worked and taken. But if there was more which your message seems to ask, then the answer is no.
