ACH problem

I just did my first pay of the new year, and I had a problem with the ACH files I exported. When I uploaded them, I got an error from the bank upload page - " error on line 2 date cannot be before 1/6/10" or close to that, I didn't save it. I was able to open the files and of the 3 places that I showed you in my email about ACH files, only 1 of the places was the 5th and not the 7th like the others. I set my date in paywindow to the 7th as per the instructions (and like we have been doing for almost 2 years) and this is the first time it has happened.

The differences this time from last pay;
Windows 7
Pay window latest (9.0.9 I believe)
Current tax tables

Could Win 7 be doing this with the date, or do I have a setting wrong? I have not had this problem before, and it is a fairly easy fix but I don't really want to have to open each ACH (I do 5) each pay period.

This date in the setup below must be set in the "future" as most banks require you give them one or two days before the batch is processed.
