tax table error

I have vista windows and I upgraded paywin to 9.0.9, when I open up paywin get paywindow will now install tax tables, then error reading tax tables, are the tax tables in the same folder as paywindow? When I try to pay emp receive error occured in applications. I need HELP! Thank You!

This happens at times when a user had their tax tables on a server which causes problems. So use this download, it will ask you for the password when you run it which is on the receipt with the 2011 unlock code.

Downloaded this and asked for password and open up paywindow and still get same error.

Sorry , but I did input password and it says it was installed and when I open paywindow still get same error message.

You are installing PayWindow and the Tax tables on a single computer and not a network right? Look into the folder on that same computer to see if you find the folder "My Documents\PayWindow Tax Files\" and see if the files are located in that folder. If they are, delete the file in the PayWindow program folder named paywindow.dz1. Then start PayWindow and tell me what happens.
