Calculating bonus

Does the system have a tool that allows a bonus to be calculated...an amount times hours worked, % of wages, etc? Thanks.

No, it only accepts a dollar amount for bonuses.

Can the OT2 heading be edited so that field could be used?

Sorry, the heading cannot be changed but you can use that if you want to and tell your employees that is their bonus. However if you ever need to do an hours report (some states require this) it would throw those figures off.
