New version crash

I installed the latest version today and the software crashes when opening. Although it will let me continue I am not able to access my company information. I tried sending the bug report from the crash screen several times without success. I tried uploading it with this message but it exceeds the allowable size. The update reports that the software and tax files are up to date. Running on a DELL workstation with Windows 2000 Professional. Please advise.

I hope you have another newer computer, the system requirements are:

Runs under Windows 2003, XP, Vista and Windows 7

I do have newer computers although it was nice running this on an older one. You need to change the About dialog in help as it still lists 2000 as an operating system.
