Which Files to Restore?

I do not use the PW Backup feature because I do daily complete hard drive backups. So my question is which files do I need to restore to revert back to 2010 from 2011?

I suspect that I only need to restore the 2 data files named PW Data Files and PW Tax Files, but I want to be certain that it's just this simple before I try it.

The company files would have been in the Documents\PayWindow Data Files\ folder and the Tax files in the Documents\PayWindow Tax Files\ folder.

So that should, be straight forward if you've been backing up your hard drive.
