I just generated a set of W2 forms, using the 2 per page format. The first box on the first W2 on the top half of the form does not print the data correctly inside the boxes. Data for box a, boxes 1-6, box d, boxes 13-14, and boxes 15-17 data are all either completely below the applicable box or almost below the box. The SIMPLE IRA retirement plan data is printing in 12b instead of 12d where it belongs.

The second W2 on the bottom half of the page is printing correctly except for box 12a. The data should be in 12d instead of 12a.

The data in the top W2 on each page is far enough off I don't think they will be acceptable. Can you fix the form? Can I edit the form myself?

You need to setup the boxes that your deductions print in under the Deductions of the Company Settings, where you tell PayWindow what box each deduction goes into. See item 9 on this page in the help file:

The print margins can be set left and right and up and down. And the numbers to enter to shift are large as it is in pixels or something like that so start off by using like 20 say in the left margin to push it to the right and print on plain paper and hold it up with a form on a window to check the alignment. Then adjust as needed.

This page also has info on W2 Printing too:

This one also expands on the alignment settings:

Of course I am assuming that you did purchase the forms that we designed PayWindow around from Deluxe Forms.
