W-2s print garbled

My w-2s are printing with names and numbers partially overwritten. I just upgraded to 2011 program and date is set to 12/31/10. Am I missing something?

It sounds like you lost the default settings between forms. In the W2 Form Setup page, click on the button to restore the Defaults.
