When I print out a stub for direct deposit check it does not show company name.
Also my Vac Accrual is not correct it is showing .67 with this posting and should be 0 or a neg # as the employee has taken all of his vacation.
Thanks

The pay stubs were designed to be printed on the pre-printed color forms. But with your request, we've had enough requests to add the feature to our todo list and it should be in the next minor update.
On the vacation, several things can be in the mix. The employee worked more hours than expected, or when you set it up, you didn't have the correct numbers in place. The simple solution is to enter a negative .67 entry to balance with what you expected in that employee's accruals.

If you want the Direct Deposit Stubs report form that prints the company name before the next release, download this ZIP file:
http://zpay.com/downloads/DirectDepositStubs.zip
Then UnZip it to the "C:\Program Files\PayWindow Payroll\Report\" folder

Thanks for the file for the stub works fine. What is the procedure for the vacation accrual? I take 52 weeks times 40 minis the vacation hours minus the holidays to get the base for the accrual.
If they work on a holiday do I have to adjust manually, that may be where the problem came from. Is there a way to limit the hours that accrue?
Thanks
David

The accruals are you be set up with the possible hours a person can work if they DO NOT take any time off. Like 52 X 40 = 2080. You don't deduct for vacation time etc. as it is done automatically. There is no way to limit the vacation with a flat number.
