940 numbers are wrong

Hi, I forgot to print 940 for 2009 and IRS is asking for them. I went in to print them, and none of the numbers match my end of year numbers. Why would this mis calculate them?

You need to use your database from 2009.

1. Backup your current database.

2. Restore your database from the backup of the last payroll in 2009.

3. In PayWindow, set the date to the last day of 2009 and print the report.

4. Restore your current database backup you made in step 1.
