2009 Employees With "0" pay in 2010 still in system?

Was there something I should have done at the end of 2009 to get rid of these employees for the 2010 year. They show up in all reports for 2010 and I would like to get them out of the system?

Yes, employees are only marked as Unemployed so the W2 Forms can be printed at the end of year. Then as our letter we send out with every CD we ship tells you, you need to use the End of Year tool after printing all end of year reports. Instructions are in the help file. Since you missed that in that "End of Year Processing" paragraph in the letter, you can still remove them with check box 2 as shown in the page above.

***WARNING*** If you marked any employees as Unemployed this year, DO NOT run the tool. Simply check Current or Active in the print settings before printing employees as only Complete will display those unemployed employees.
