Printing 3rd qtr 941 print only shows first qtr and all field are for 1st qtr

What am I doing wrong. I followed the instructions in help for 941. I used 9-30-2010 end of qtr date to start program. Why does it pring only qtr 1?

You didn't select the Quarter you wanted to print and the default for first time use is the 1st Quarter. Look at this page in the on-line version of the help file:

That shows the 941 Form Report setup page, look right above the Print Preview button.
