CPH Shepherd's Staff Cannot Locate The Payroll Import File

When I attempt to upload the ZPAY Payroll data through the Shepherd's Staff Payroll Import file, I get the following message:
could not locate the payroll import file
C:\documents and settings\all users\documents\CHP shepherds staff\ssdata\payroll.prn

What am I doing wrong???

You would need to get instructions from Sheppard's Staff as I'm not sure what they tell you to do as we just showed them our export files and they chose one. That payroll.prn filename and path you showed must be part of their instructions and it is not a default export filename nor path from PayWindow.
