Total pay is 3682.10 zpay report says 456.60 which is 2 cents more than 456.58 3682.10x0.124 Why?

It is normal depending on the report. When calculating FICA and Medicare for individuals and then adding up the results, they can be a few pennies different from taking the total pay and calculating the FICA and Medicare. The 941 Form will then audit and give you the difference as it uses the total pay and not each individuals calculations. That's what line 7a "Current quarter’s adjustment for fractions of cents" on the 941 form is for.
