I'm updated. When I direct the 941 with "under 2500" - no deposits made -- the 941 fills in a deposit figure. Then when I erase the deposit line on the 941 and try to fill in a balance due on the appropriate line below it will not allow the "cents" to be printed. It will accept what I put in and when I tab to the next line it goes back to 00's.
This is not a new problem and I hoped the update would fix it. Not so. Any ideas? Thanks Marge

That is an IRS form and they do things differently that we normally expect. You cannot just type in the amount as the dollars are in one entry field and the cents in another. Look at the image below. The 7317 is typed into the left side of the entry and the 45 cents typed into the right side. That's why the IRS marks the entry fields in light blue to show you where to type the information in. So select the left entry and type in the dollars and press the tab key to move to the cents entry and enter that.
