We use Paywindow for our church payroll. We have several pay types such as housing allowance and travel allowance in addition to regular salary and/or hourly pay, which we would like to keep segregated. Will your system be able to handle this and if so, when?

The only pay types we have are the regular, bonus, Tips, Vacation, Sick pay and Holiday pay.
I'm guessing that the travel allowance is a reimbursement? If so you can manage that as we show in this FAQ for Auto Reimbursement:

And for the Housing Allowance, if it is non-Taxable, you can do the same thing or you can set up a second "employee" record as a 1099 payee (Non-Employee payee".
