Paul,
Don't usually have any problems with the program, until last Friday.

Friday, ran payroll for the week of the 18th 941 and 943. All reports totals were the same/
Friday also ran a future payroll for the 25th (bosses out of town), was working on my tax reports, which I guess are now incorrect, when I noticed that payroll totals for the 25th were NOT the same on my 132 Column Report as the Total Report (Federal). Please help he, advise me. Previous week fine, no new employees, no new tax rates. Everything the same. My reports are differentan I cannot figure out why.

First and foremost, the 941 Form is only supposed to be printed after the last payroll for each quarter and you need to select the Quarter to print at that time. It is a Quarterly Report, not a running totals that you can use each pay day. It is NOT used for your period, monthly or Quarterly tax liabilities, that is found in the Employer's Totals Report.

The 941 is also an audit tool as if you have edited any figures during the quarter, the totals will not match with the liabilities reports and other reports and is a "red flag" that you had errors in your math and or entries in manually entering information.

Paul,
I only run the 941 after the last payroll of the quarter. I found the problem, it was an employee that was terminated. For some reason the last payroll date and the termination date had a glich. I deleted all transactions for the last payroll of the quarter and re-entered them. My reports are correct now. The report that was incorrect was the "Employer's Payroll Total Report", which now is correct.
Thank you for your time. Glad your servier is back up.

Thanks for the follow-up. Now I know where you had the problem, you just needed to select the filter to "Complete" for all employees when printing the report that was short to include the terminated employee.
