Checks from Deluxe Business

Your FAQ specifies "Laser Multi-Purpose Check No. DLM102-1 for Laser printers" as the checks that will work with your software 9even though they are 3x as much as checks form other companies). However, Deluxe Business does not recognize that item number. Please advise.

I just called the 800 number at 1-800-336-4168 acting like I was a customer. I said if I asked for DLM102-1, what can you tell me about that item? Without hesitation, just like it was memorized, she replied "That is a Laser Multi-Purpose Check for Laser printers."

That is one of their most popular checks, we are wondering who you actually called when you tried?

I searched for the item on their website, as is normal in the 21st century. Search came up blank.

At least I don't have to call them back and report the sales person that didn't know her products. In PayWindow if you click Help and Ordering Forms, the 800 number is there as well as a code to get 20% off of your order.
