how do i pay and print checks? do i need special paper for this please help

I'm trying to follow the tutorial but it's not making sense.how do i print checks and also pay employees and do i need a special paper for this?

For Printing Checks, we print on preprinted computer checks. In PayWindow click Help and then select Ordering Forms. We have that in the on-line help file too:
