paywindow 941 still indicates 2009

I printing the 941 quarterly and the form still indicates it is a 2009. I ran through the update process and it states it is upto date

If you ran through the Update Process, and you do not see the 2010 941 Form, you never installed it. The 941 Form was added to PayWindow back on March 2, 2010 in PayWindow 8.0 Build 8.0.11 a few days after the IRS released the new form.

If you open PayWindow and look at the top left corner, you can see your version number. You do not have build 8.0.11 or newer if you are seeing the 2009 941 Form as the new file has a different file name and the current versions of PayWindow cannot even open the 2009 Form telling us that you never downloaded and installed the update.
