Error Restoring Database

Zpay displays an error message when I attempt to restore the company file. Error message is:
exception number : 3
exception class : EAccessViolation
exception message : Access violation at address 7C928C0D in module 'ntdll.dll'. Read of address 00000005.

I have tried uninstalling the software and re-installing it, but can not resolve the error. Please advise.

Did that pop up a bug report that you can send to us? The bug report will tells us exactly what the problem is. Without seeing it and knowing your OS and Service packs installed, I'm guessing that the ntdll.dll is out dated.

Send us the bug report to be sure.
