My problem is PayWindow, unless I am doing it wrong, is not calculating federal tax correctly. According to the latest Employer's Tax Guide, they have changed the tax bracket. Before I updated to the 8.0.10 version it was doing it correctly. Now that I have updated, my regular employee's are correct, but my nonresident aliens are not. Can someone PLEASE help me.

On January 1st, the 2010 Tax Tables were added to PayWindow 8.0.5. The 8.0.10 release has the same tax tables and nothing has changed in the tax area. I'm guessing that you were using the earlier 2010 release from 8.0.0 to 8.0.4 which was still using the 2009 tax tables and that's why you see a difference now.

You mentioned Non-Resident withholding. We've never supported that and if you had modified the tax tables to handle it, installing updates replaces the tax tables with our standard release of them.
