Do you need Quicken to be online

Do I have to get an online version of quicken to export to in order to merge payWindow? I saw in another thread that Quickbooks charges $300 a year which doesn't make sense, what are other possible options?

No, it's just the regular "run on your computer" Quicken. I was not even aware that they had an on-line version of Quicken, just know that they have on-line payroll services.
