Local New York Taxes

I am just trying ZPay today for the first time. I have setup my company, and entered my first employee. I used the New York State 2010 tax code (only choice). There are not local tax choices (New York City resident, New York City Non-resident, etc.)? How do I get these? I already did an update but it said I am already up to date.
