1. When dealing with multiple companies, a visual reminder is appropriate. The title bar could read "PayWindow Payroll System 2010 8.0.9 [Ajax Services]".

2. Do not gray out the File > Open Company menu item in the Welcome window. As far as I can see, there is no NEED for it to be grayed out, and it doesn't hurt to have a second way of doing something.

I explained number 2 in another message where you asked about it. Until you actually sign into the program, you cannot access anything. The first thing you MUST do is to click that "Next" button after selecting a date.

We do display the filename that is open. Look at the Information bar at the bottom of PayWindow (if you click the "Next" button to open the last used company and set the date to use) it is shown to the right of the date display that PayWindow is set to.
