starting late inthe year

I am trying to get started with paywindow . How can I enter my last 3 weeks worth of paychecks so that year to date totals are correct ? I watched the tutorial "How to enter year to date information" and it instructed me to put YTD totals at the last day of the last quarter. Do you have to wait until the end of a quarter to get up and running ?
Also I am running the 30 day free version that I just downloaded, Is it fully operational ? If I can get this going I am definatly a customer. I have used the quicken quickpayroll products since they started selling it and I am tired of the being forced into spending more money time after time.

Since you only have a few payrolls, the best way is to enter them as after-the-fact payrolls. See this FAQ:

Yes the only difference between being in trial mode and after you purchase and unlock PayWindow is that it will stop working on the 30th day.
