Tax exempt IRA's included on W-2's as taxable income

:confused:I am finished, or I thought that I was with the W-2's. We have a Simple IRA that is tax exempted. I have the blocks checked in the Company setup to exempt FIT and SIT, after printing the W-2's and W-3 the IRA's were exempted from the SIT but not the FIT, how can I fix this? Time is running out!

I'm guessing that you forgot to check the 941 box as seen in this image:
