View Full Version : Unemployed printing on Employee Payroll Report

I noticed that Unemployed employees are printing out with 0.00 pay on my Employee Payroll report. I have several seasonal employees that worked last summer and will work again this summer. I marked them as Unemployed to keep the Employee report shorter. They did not print out on the Jan 1 payroll (or 2009 reports) but now print out after installing latest build.

You actually have control over what prints on the reports. If you look at this screen:

80

The Current Employees selection just prints those paid this pay date. Active are all employees that are not marked as Unemployed even if they were not paid. Then Complete is all employees, including those marked as Unemployed.
