I order the 4 up blank w-2

Your program puts the data but does not seem to work with these forms please help I get so tried ever year trying to figure out which software I have all Quickbooks uses which form so does these forms work I do I have to have the printed forms and try and get things to line up correctly

First you said that you have the 4-up W2 Forms. I want to be sure you know what you are doing. There is no Red Copy to submit to the SSA because the 4-Ups are ONLY for those that submit electronically. If that is not what you are doing, you have the wrong forms.

In PayWindow on the W2 Form print setup, you need to select which forms you are using, 2-Up the standard W2's, 3-Up or 4-Up.

That said, to print the W2 Forms, you must set the date to 12/31/2009 when you start PayWindow as the program is date sensitive and the data cannot be accessed if the date is set to 2010.
