When attempting to intall 2010 paywindow version after downloading it, my antivirus indicates it contains a bad file and will not allow the install. Info related to the problem is unins005.exe; error when renaming file dest dir; move file failed code 5; addess denied. is-KAN93.tmp Rogue Security Program. I run Windows XP Pro. Please advise as I need to do payroll.

Thanks.

Send the download link to your Anti-virus company to test. They are getting a false trigger and my guess is from the setup package which is created with InnoSetup.

I'm giving you all this information to pass to the AV Company as we don't even execute the program nor setup after compiling, and that is how an EXE gets infected. And our computers as well as the download servers are all running anti-virus software that is updated daily.

Now the Code 5 error is a completely different problem. That is a Windows message telling you that you are attempting to replace a file that is presently locked by Windows. Like PayWindow is still running when you attempt to install a new version over the old.

Personally I'd do the above, shut down the AV software and install the upgrade.
