W-2 2 up all employees wage data is on top of each other

Hello,
I went to print my W-2's this AM. I have two up forms and the employees data is printed on top of each other. The three up and four up forms are fine but I purchased two up. I have updated my program. I closed out Zpay reopened and the same thing. The names are on top of each other, wages, withholding, fica are all printed over each other. Help:roll::roll:

Some how, you lost your default settings, the distance between the two forms is 500. Click the Restore Default button in the W2 Form setup page to fix it.
