Quick question...if our company prints the W2-4UP (for our employees), will we still need to print the W2-2UP for the Feds?

The 4-Up W2 Forms are to be used by companies that submitted the Federal copy electronically. It's not to be used by those that send in a copy by mail with the W3 Form.
