Hi,

We are thinking of buying your payroll product. Based on the description pls correct me If am wrong, it prints laser generated forms, After the fact and Live Payroll are available. (Pls. Confirm).

Do the program also prints, State Payroll requirements e.g. California DE6, DE7, DE88? Year end payroll 940, W2, W3 and 1099, 1096?

If we buy it, could we also use the product for year end 2009 payroll needs as well as the 2010 payroll? Or do we need to buy, each year separately?

Further, is the program network supported? Could I install it in say, 4-5 computers and have the data installed in the network and is simultaneous login available?

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

May also be interested with Time and Billing, but I am concerned about whether it is network supported and simultaneous login.

Yes you can perform After the Fact payrolls as well as regular payrolls.

See the Tutorail on entering year to date information, the method is the same but instead of year to date, it would be for the period you desire.

We print generic reports for state information but since you are in California, see the Partners page as DGR Software does California reports using our data:

And here are examples of the other reports in PayWindow:

Yes you can use it to finish 2009 and then 2010. Each December we release the new year's program and the cost is $45 for the new year.

Yes, you can pout the databases on one computer and install PayWindow on the other computers in the net to access the shared data folder.

TimeBillingWindow is a single user system to keep track of the time worked on a single computer.
