New user -- where do I find tax notes for Mississippi?

It was in the PayWindow Setup on the screen that read as:

The part you need is:

MS (Mississippi) - For Married with both spouses employed, select Single for the Marital (State) setting in the employee setup. For Number of Dependents (State), enter the following from the employee's completed Withholding Exemption Certificate - Form 89-350:

0 = 0
500 = 1
1000 = 2
1500 = 3
2000 = 4
2500 = 5
3000 = 6
3500 = 7
4000 = 8
4500 = 9
5000 = 10
5500 = 11
6000 = 12
6500 = 13
7000 = 14
7500 = 15
8000 = 16
