Running payroll for the first time after installing 2010 version 8.0 on Windows XP. After running payroll, I went to Reports, selected Direct Deposit tab clicked on Export / Save to File, entered file name and file type showed as Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf) clicked save but the document was create with an frp extension. I tried several time with the same results. Using Update, I notice there was a program update. I clicked the button to update and the program, PayWindow, aborted. Tried to create and send a bug report but the program locked up after entering the detailed bug description. PayWindow aborted.
