Form 940 - 2008 vs 2009

The 940 Form is still using the 2008 version.

All of my Payroll activity is finished for 2009 and I'll be away for a while and would like to get this form printed and signed before I leave.

Is there a planned date to update Form 940 to the 2009 Version?

I'm using Version 8.0.1.0, paid up, program and tax tables are updated.

Am I missing something?

The IRS just released the new 940 and 944 forms on their website this weekend. We grabbed them and the developers are working on the code to populate them with the data from PayWindow.

Use your update checker regularly this month and next to insure you get all of the updates.

If you are really in a hurry, you can download the 2009 940 form from the IRS site and copy the data from the form in PayWindow today and be done.
