Transaction edit problem

Hi Paul,

I was trying to fix a deduction in the transaction edit after I had already put in the check information for the week. Got a bug report that says "An error occured in application". I tried to send it on and got another message "sorry, sending the bug report didn't work".

all updates are current. Thanks for your help. Phyllis

Hi Phyllis,

There is an option to save the bug report. Save it to your desktop and then attach it to an email to support@zpay.com.

I tried to go in and duplicate the problem, and this time it worked, no bug messages! After all that time of worry!! sorry , I guess it fixed itself.
