We need to have the FICA for employers share set up in the payroll side so that when we import it into Sheppard's Staff that it will take out the Employers Share as well as the Employee. Right now it is only FICA at the rest of the taxes that the Employer pays are not being deducted in Sheppard's Staff. Does this make sense?

You would need to talk to Sheppard's Staff as they created the tools that take our data and insert it into their software.

We gave them our database format and they took it from there. The information is in or database and they would just need to add it to their import tool.
