View Full Version : Can't update from 7.0.38 to 7.0.41 on Windows 7

The program is running fine and my company has reloaded from the pre-install backup OK.

The download saves OK.

I just keep running it and the program stays at 7.0.38

I did several restarts, etc. still no go.

Now what?

You need to RUN the download, saving it just saves the setup package waiting for you to run it.

The download is 7.0.41 right now.

I did run it.
For some reason it is not taking.

My guess is that you have installed PayWindow into different locations on your computer and are using the "old" Icon on the desktop to start PayWindow.

Click Start, All Programs, PayWindow Payroll and then run PayWindow from there to see if it shows the new version.
