How do I permanently eliminate the back up reminder when closing the program?

Thanks

After 20 plus years of our customers on the phone in the last minutes of the year in tears because they did not have a backup after their system was hit by lightning or some other tragedy, we added that reminder.

There is no way to turn it off.

In over 20 years, I have never lost any data. I KNOW how to back up, and I do it automatically using various tools.

MozyPro backs up off site after 20 minutes of inactivity.
Norton Ghosts creates a complete C drive disk image every night onto another hard drive in my system.
I create a monthly disk image that I store in my fireproof safe.

I hate back up reminders!!

You are unique then unlike too many of our users which Payroll software is the first important tool they've ever used on a computer as newbies.

We just will not provide a method of reminding to backup after performing a payroll. It's one extra click for you and me as I've not lost data either since the 1980 when I installed Peachtree accounting and didn't notice the warning that the installer was going to reformat my hard drive. :(

Actually I use that reminder to open the backup and put it on a thumb drive that sits in our file folder along with the year's payroll reports.

The newest version does not prompt for backup AND I can eliminate the QUIT prompt. I like it!!

Are both of these intentional?

Thanks......and Thanks again for providing an alternative to Intuit's "solutions"......which are WAY overpriced for a small company like mine with only 3 employees (including self).

No, it still reminds you to make a backup if it's been over a week since the last backup, I just tested here to be sure. :)

Thanks for the kind words!
