hour reports not working

Went to do Third Quarter reports and was unable to get the hourly report from under the Reports - Tax Reports - Hours error message "nobody paid during this period". Under the pay period tab - hours there are hours showing there.

I cannot replicate the problem but sort of remember there was a problem that was fixed some time ago.

So my first question is to ask if you've been keeping PayWindow updated? I'm using 7.0.41 which is the current release and it worked fine.

Next be sure that you select the period to get the data from as shown in the attached image.

Yes I'm using the current update. 7.0.41 and selected the correct quarter. When I go and select 1st or second quarter I get the same message.

In the mean time, use the hours report found under the Period reports to see if you can get a report.

Was able to print the hours report with no problem.

These are the steps I took to print:

Set the date in PayWindow to the last pay date in the Quarter you want to print.

Set the "Quarter" in the Print Dialog and print it.
I tested all four quarters with no problem.
