Your recent email indicated that revised Wisconsin state tax tables will take effect on October 1, 2009 and that the new tables would be available for downloading on September 30, 2009. Unfortunately, our company has a payroll for a Wisconsin company payable on October 2 - which must be transmitted to ACH on September 29.

Is it possible to get the updated tax tables earlier than September 30 in order to use them for the first payroll in October?

That would cause a problem to anyone that would download it before the first of October as not all of our users are members of the newsletter and they check using the update checker before performing payrolls.

I can't see that you would cause a big problem with one payroll using the existing taxes as the employees would settle up when they file their annual tax returns in the state.
