Amount Differences in Pay Results

After entering employees and their tax information Fica and Medicare payments are exact but State and Federal taxes are slightly different. Also, I do not see any deductions for FUTA?

I'm not sure what you are comparing your state and federal taxes to but PayWindow uses the exact calculation method and comes out to the penny if you use the exact calculation method yourself with a calculator and the Federal and state tax booklets with the formulas.

FUTA and SUTA are not deductions, they are taxes paid by the employer and are shown in the Employers Totals Report.
