Calculate Monthly EFTPS deposits

I have been using PayWindow for years and it is working very well for me.

I have always calculated my EFTPS deposits by hand:
multiply FICA and Medicare by 2 and add in Federal tax for each employee.

I'm sure there is a better way but I only see the option to calculate data for the quarter.

How do I calculate my monthly EFTPS payments automatically?

In the Report Center, the Employer Totals report under the Period Reports. If shows your liabilities by Pay Period, MTD, QTD and YTD.

That is one of two reports that you should be printing every pay day. That and the 80 Column report which is the numbers for the employees that you would need in case of any future audits.
