We direct deposit the payroll to our employees. I run the "check stubs" by going into Report Center / Check Printing / Direct Deposit and running these. Rather than printing each page I just save to file as Html type. I then take each file and e-mail as an attachment to each of my 45 employees. This is time consuming to highlight each file, click on send as an attachment, which opens my e-mail, start their e-mail address and click send. I notice in the employee file there is a field for their e-mail address. Is there an automatic way to get each employee their information rather than the process I have described?

Thank you

Sorry Rick, that email address is just a place for you to store it like an electronic employee file.

I have to hand it to you as I would have never come up with the solution that you did to email them to your employees.

With email and computers not always being very secure, I do hope that you have thought about it and checked to "not" print the social security numbers on the stubs.

Great work around you came up with though to email the pages!
