Unable to Save Changes or Send bug report

While trying to enter new payroll deductions, every time I try to save the changes I get a message that there is a bug and do I want to send bug report. When I try to send bug report I get a message that the send bug report has failed.

I checked and do have the latest updates.

There is a choice to "save" the bug report. Save it and attach it to an email to support@zpay.com.
