Even when I set the date to (in this case) 30-JUNE-2009 for a 2nd quarter report, I still get the "no pages selected to print" message and the failed print job. I just upgraded to 7.0.33.

Did you follow the instructions in the "How to Print the 941 Form" FAQ we have at http://zpay.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=622?

That error message does not sound like you were actually in the 941 setup page as you can print even if there no data like selecting the 3rd quarter as it opens Adobe Acrobat with all zeros in the page.

One more item, you said you used the date of "30-JUNE-2009" and PayWindow does not use dates formatted like that, can you tell us exactly where you entered that date?

One other thought too. The only way you can get that error is if you possibly had the "Tax Liability" tab selected but a quarter where there was no payments as then you can get the no data error message.

See the attached image. By the way, in the 941, that has no effect and it will open a form with all zeros.

I did follow the instructions. I get the filled in 941 on my screen (in PDF form) and its saved to the appropriate folder...I just get the failed print message that says "..no pages were selected to print." I have Acrobat v9. I didn't have this problem for Q1 2009 (before I upgraded to PayWindow7.0.33).

OK...it appears to be a problem with Acrobat in this case. I was testing by printing previously generated 941s (which worked) and when I printed one page at a time of the current (Q2 2009) 941, it also worked. It fails (the no page selected message is an Acrobat message, not a PayWindow one...I probably wasn't clear earlier) when I try to "print all" or print a page range.....weird. Thanks for your help!
