Do You Want To Exit PayWindow?

Do I need to be ask if I want to Exit each time that I want to Exit?
Do I need to be Remind that I need to do back-up each time that I want to Exit?
How I can make changes to the to set-up?
If I click Exit.. I want to Exit..

We will add an option in a future release of PayWindow.

I do want to share with you that when a customer calls on the phone in January as they lost their computer and did not have a backup disk (it takes like 20 seconds for the entire process) I just ask them one question:

"Why did you ignore our backup reminder we display when you go to exit PayWindow?"

There is nothing I can do to help them other than to tell them they will need to start from scratch using their paper trail from the reports they printed all year.

That's when I hear a grown person cry because they didn't print those either.

This has happened more than once even though we remind them every pay day. :(
