941 from 2008

I just received a notice from the IRS that I did not file a 941 for June 2008. This is correct and an oversight on our company. I tried to access this form on Zpay from last year, but without success. I was able to get the old info from the "Quarterly Totals for Tax Reporting (Standard)" for that month, but I need the actual 941 form to send to them (which I was not able to do). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi John, you are in luck, you can download the 2008 form from the IRS website using this link:

I'm not sure how long that link will be good but it worked right now.
